How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Ready stock orders will be processed and mailed within 3-5 business days and customise orders will be processed and mailed within 5-15 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date we receive your order.
*Do expect slighting longer lead time during peak season(Christmas, CNY etc.)
What payment mode does Ohhgranny accept?
For online purchases: We offer the following modes of payment: Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, ApplePay and AndroidPay.

What are the delivery options?
Domestic Delivery Options:
- Normal Postage (delivery within 3-5 working days after order is being processed) - SGD 2 Per order
*Parcels mailed via normal postage are untrackable. Please take note that Ohhgranny will not be liable for any lost packages delivered via normal mail.
- SmartPac (delivery within 2-3 working days after order is being processed) - SGD 3.50 Per order
- NinjaVan (delivery within 1-3 working days after order is being processed) - SGD 4.50 Per order
Track your SmartPac delivery on www.singpost.com or SingPost mobile app. Postman delivers SmartPac straight to the letterbox.
I haven't receive my parcel. who can I contact?
Shipping can sometimes be delayed during festive periods. If you haven't receive your order after more 14 business days or more, just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we will be happy to assist!
Why i can't find a product I am looking for?
Our collections are released in limited quantities and might not be restocked after it sells out.
What are the things I need to take note of in caring for my purchase?
Fabric: Please hand-wash all products to maintain the products in prime condition. Do not machine wash.
Leather: Should the leather encounter water, blot immediately with a lint-free light coloured, absorbent cloth. Cleaning with any solvents or chemicals is not recommended.
We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products available for purchase through the Site. However, please note that our products may vary slightly from their pictures(colours and print position). The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration.
Return and Exchanges
Can i exchange my purchases?
All purchases made on www.ohhgranny.com are not eligible for return or exchange.
I received a defected product, what should I do ?
Ohhgranny will provide an exchange for defective items when notified within two days of when the item/items were received, provided the items are unused, with all original tags attached. If you have received a defective item, please notify us immediately at email@example.com.
I received a wrong item, what should I do?
We are so sorry for mixing up your order!
If you received a different product from the one you ordered, Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days with images of the product and we’ll make sure you get the correct product you ordered.
What is the lead time for custom work?
We can only take on a limited number of custom orders, so please contact us as soon as possible for any custom request as the time required for every project varies according to the scope of work.
